Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet. I’m a qualified Dietitian, registered yoga teacher, self proclaimed foodie and general lover of all things health and well being.
I firmly believe that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated, boring or expensive. This is my little outlet for healthy, simple and delicious recipes that can be enjoyed everyday as part of a healthy lifestyle. You’ll find a mixture of recipes on here from salads to brownies, because life is all about balance and I am never one to say no to a slice of cake. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with the Power Yoga Company in London. It was quite honestly the best experience of my life and I am forever grateful to everyone from the course. Yoga is just the most phenomenal thing, it doesn’t matter what your age, gender or body size is- everyone can do it and everyone can gain something from it!
